We went by again today (2 times in one week!) to check out the progress. They had almost finished the first floor framing!

 

 

We had light rain on and off since last 10 days, had concern with the wooden log and OSB Sheathing/Plywood sitting on puddle of water, just sent out an email today, hopefully he will take care of it. Waiting to hear back from him. But other then that issue looks like construction is going smoothly.

 

 

Just got response from PM that he will make sure to not use any osb that was laying in the puddles.





Framing!

I ventured over to the house today and saw a giant pile of lumber...

 

Steel Beam, Windows on site. Looks like framing will start anytime now..
