We have basement plumbing!

We drove by the house today and finally saw some progress! Looks like most of the basement under slab plumbing done. Now we are waiting for lumber.

Ground Breaking Ceremony

We were at site around 6:15am and Priest arrived right on time to start the Ground Breaking Ceremony. Half way into the Ceremony we could see the Excavation company staff on site and preparing so that they can start digging. Its good that we were able schedule early in the morning so that there was no change in schedule to dig. We completed the Ceremony around 7:50am.

 

 

 

This is something rare to watch, To be at site right at the time of digging.

 

It's happening fast!

Our PM told us that Excavators have already place the equipment on site and they would be digging tomorrow! We have to find Priest to perform traditional Ground Breaking Ceremony.

We were able to schedule Priest for Ground Breaking Ceremony, the time was set to Thursday Morning at 6:35am and said will take approximatly 90 minutes to complete.

Blueprints

We received our blueprints today! Our Sales Rep emailed us earlier today and said that Construction will start in about 2 weeks. Now we go plan Ground Breaking Ceremony.

After our meeting today, We are more excited than ever! Everything went really well and our SR and PM seems awesome! Our blueprints were pretty much perfect. We had couple of requests to add PVC behind the wall in Living room and Bed room for TV wall mount cables, which they said will take care of it after talking to their management.
